Food and Beverage Attendant Placement

The roles do vary from lodge to lodge but here is a general description which applies to most of the jobs in this sector. The high-end luxury lodges are seeking a friendly and professional ‘quick thinker’ who has excellent communication and problem solving skills to contribute as part of the Food and Beverage team.

Below is a list of responsibilities within this role:

  • Assist in the day-to-day food and beverage operations
  • Attend to guests in an efficient, friendly manner
  • Up-selling of food and beverage at every opportunity
  • Provide responsible alcoholic beverage services as set out in the Liquor Licensing Legislation
  • Ensure quality control of all food and beverages to guests
  • Ensure all food and beverage areas are maintained in a hygienic, tidy and safe manner as set out by the cleaning roster and management
  • Perform any other duties within your range of competencies as required by your supervisor
