The bright lights in a busy city can be a bit overwhelming, but not if you’re well prepared. Our three-day stopover adventure will take you through both ancient and modern Hong Kong. Read up on Why Hong Kong is a Great Place for a Stopover and check out your itinerary below to start penciling in the fun!

Day 1: Arrive

Check into the luxurious Harbour Plaza hotel, pop your bags down and you’ve got the rest of the day to get your wanderlust fix. There will be a guide who can point you in the right direction of key tourist spots, but you’re free to explore. Hong Kong is an incredibly diverse city and has plenty to offer. Hong Kong has also got it down with the public transport system; it’s super efficient and very user friendly meaning you’ll get to where you want to go in no time.

Day 2: Hong Kong Island Tour

Starting on Hong Kong Island, you’ll stop at Victoria Peak, Stanley market, Repulse Bay, and Aberdeen fishing village (where you can take an optional sampan ride) before indulging in some popular, traditional cuisine at a Cantonese restaurant. You’ll head back to hotel around 6 PM for a well-deserved rest. Not done yet? Since you’ll be staying in a prime location, the trendy bars and restaurants in Soho are just a quick ten minute ride on MTR or you could head to the famous ladies market in Mongkok to pick up some gifts or souvenirs.

Day 3: Kowloon Tour

Hong Kong is a unique place that looks to the future but embraces its past. The second day tour will take you on a journey of its best traditional sites. After checking out the hotel, you’ll head to the tranquil Wong Tai Sin temple, Nan Lian Gardens, and Jade Market. We’ll then take you back to the airport for your departure to Australia or New Zealand.
