Day 1

If you have chosen to be collected by our in country team, you’ll head straight to Bangkok’s backpacker hub on Khao San road, leaving the rest of the day to put your feet up, meet others from all over the world and enjoy your surroundings!

Day 2

Pair up with your new team mates, meet your team leaders and kick start your orientation. Here you can learn all about how the programme will work before getting a tour of Bangkok in the afternoon. 

Day 3

With transport set to take you to Surin you’ll have plenty of chance to take some snaps en route. You’ll spend the day on the road but you’ll see plenty along the way. Upon arrival you will be checked in and set up ready for the days ahead with the elephants!

Days 4 – 7

Immerse yourself amongst Thailands most iconic creatures. Care for, feed, clean and harvest your way through this amazing opportunity with these amazing animals. Staying in the local village, support the mahouts and enjoy all the afternoon activities at your disposal! On the Thursday afternoon you will return to your previous accommodation in Surin City. 

Day 8 

Free time! This is your chance to explore Surin City and if it is your final week then our team will assist you in planning your onward travel. Those continuing the programme can indulge in a 3 day weekend…
