Ultimate Programmes

We have two amazing pre-arranged internships for you to choose from, one on the east coast in New York City and the other in Chicago. All of our placements are specifically tailored to suit your needs to give you the best possible internship experience. 

Accommodation and transport 


Live in a private bedroom just blocks away from Central Park, with access to fitness facilities. Conveniently located next to cafes, museums, and public transport, the building is perfectly situated to explore and enjoy all that New York City has to offer. You’ll be living with other interns, students and young professionals. 
We provide you with a pre-loaded transportation card for your entire stay in New York, giving you unlimited use of the metro and bus network 24/7. This way you can focus on settling in and excelling in your internship.


Live with other interns, students and young professionals in great locations across the city. You will have your own private room with a short commute to your placement. We will provide you with a pre-loaded transportation card for your entire stay in Chicago which will give you unlimited use to the bus and metro network.

Social and cultural events 

Our New York Team know the city inside out and will show you the best of it. The following events (or similar) are included:

  • Top of The Rock - enjoy the best views that New York City has to offer from the Top Of The Rock observation deck.
  • Circle Line Sightseeing Landmarks Cruise - experience the best of New York City sightseeing from the water. See midtown and lower Manhattan including the Statue of Liberty from only 100 feet away.
  • Guggenheim Museum – an internationally renowned art museum and one of the most significant architectural icons of the 20th century, the Guggenheim is at the heart of an international network of museums.
  • 9/11 Tribute Center & Walking Tour - the center invites visitors to share personal stories of the 9/11 community — family members who lost loved ones, survivors, first responders and rescue workers, civilian volunteers, and community residents whose healing is a testament to the perseverance of the human spirit.

Professional Development Resources 

We are passionate about your professional and personal growth, so we include the following tools as part of the programme:

  • Workplace skills workshops focusing on topics such as core communication skills 
  • Intercultural competence training to prepare you for the cultural differences that you’ll face when interning the USA

  • A personalised, one hour session with a professional Success Coach. Choose from our portfolio of experts who will guide you through your next steps after your international internship

Welcome Orientation 

As well as organising your airport transfer for when you touch down, we’ll help you to hit the ground running in both Chicago and  NYC by with support from our team. Collect your welcome pack with your pre-loaded transport cards, city maps and important information about your accommodation and placement. 

Essentials Programme

As you have already arranged your own internship, the inclusions on the Essentials Programme are focused on the J-1 visa sponsorship and support.

  • Verification of internship and J-1 visa sponsorship application processing
  • Issuance and shipping of DS-2019 and acceptance packet (essential document needed to apply for your visa and intern in America)
  • Assistance with your US Embassy appointment
  • Detailed participant handbook containing important information alongside orientation materials
  • Accident & sickness insurance for the entire programme that adheres to US State Department requirements
  • 24/7 emergency contact and support for duration of programme for you and your employer
  • Monthly monitoring and continuous support throughout the programme to ensure that you are meeting your goals.
