Why your help is needed

China is a vast and varied land packed with history and culture, and warm, welcoming locals. You’ll be placed at a school in one of a selection of places across China, ranging from busy cities to quieter rural areas, and you’ll be tasked with teaching English to students of a range of ages.

English is widely taught to children across China from an early age, but it is taught in a relatively restrictive ‘rote learning’ style based on repetition. This is a chance for you as an intern teacher to bring a bit of fun and enthusiasm to the classroom, and give your students some English learning they’ll always benefit from.
