degree level student at a UK university OR those holding an unconditional offer
for 2010 or 2011 OR have graduated in 2009. *

No. You can be outside of the UK while submitting your visa application, however
the Canadian High Commission reserve the right to call you to London for an interview
or request additional information if required. You must also consider the UK your
habitual home and have lived in the UK within the last 4 years.

No, you would not be eligible as applicants who have dependents are
not eligible for this visa.

How many visas can I have in my lifetime?
|
You may participate repeatedly on the student programme for as long as you are eligible.
You can only participate on the non-student programme once.

** For child or health care related work, you will need to have a Canadian Government
approved medical.
The above eligibility criteria, including upper age limits, are specified by
the Canadian High Commission. The Canadian High Commission and BUNAC have the right
to refuse or decline any application.
* If you graduated in 2009 the Canadian High Commission must receive your Work Authorisation
Application within 12 months of graduation.
