You role as a Trip leader at camp you will be responsible for looking after the children on a variety of trips from camping in the woods to day trips to theme parks and other activities and teach the children about outdoor education. You will be a point of contact for the children when on these trips and you will need to be aged 21+ hold a full UK driving license to drive vehicles on and off camp.
The duties of a Trip Leader vary from camp to camp depending on the activities that they offer. But overall you will be there to support and encourage the children and ensure that they have fun whilst on the trips.

Camps are looking for staff members who ideally have worked in a similar role elsewhere.
Are you familiar with orienteering? Have you had experience leading an orienteering trip?
Are you familiar with "leave no trace" and other outdoor initiatives?
Have you ever led a Scouts or Brownie camping trip?
Voluntary work at your local Brownies or Scouts group demonstrates that you have experience working outdoors and working with children. It also shows camps that you have experience working with children and would feel confident working leading a trip at camp.
