Guidelines for making a claim

1. The information provided here is for your assistance only and does not form part of your policy. Please read the full policy terms and conditions in your Certificate of Insurance for details regarding the policy and claims process.
   
   
2. Identify the type of claim:

1. Are you in an emergency situation where you are currently receiving or need immediate medical treatment? See “A”, in the appropriate section below
2. If you need to return to the UK immediately for an insured reason (for example serious illness/death of an immediate relative), see “A” in the appropriate section below.
3. If you have visited a doctor and have already paid for the cost of the visit/medication go to “B” in the appropriate section below
4. If you need to make a claim for personal property see “B” in the appropriate section below.

 BUNAC/Endsleigh policy holders:

1. Current medical emergencies, repatriation
   
   There are two emergency assistance companies. Which one you call depends on which country you are in:
   
   In the event of a medical emergency in Canada you must contact ISIS Assistance on + 1 866 339 6758 (toll free within Canada) or +44(0) 1243 621 177 and state that you are insured with Endsleigh Insurance. Alternatively, you can send a fax on +44(0) 1243 773 169.
   
   In the event of a medical emergency in the USA you must contact ISIS Assistance on + 1 888 422 4747 (toll free within USA) or +1 954 370 8468 and state that you are insured with Endsleigh Insurance. Alternatively, you can send a fax on +1 954 370 8130.
   In the event of an emergency anywhere else in the world please contact ISIS Assistance on +44(0) 1243 621 177 or fax them on +44(0) 1243 773 169.
   
   Where possible please have the following information available for the operator:

1. Policy reference number as shown on your Insurance Schedule. You should provide the following reference number GL09157460, followed by your Insurance policy number.
2. Contact details (phone, address) of the hospital and attending medical practitioner.
3. Contact details for someone at home.

2. Personal Property and small medical bills
   
   It is possible to apply for on-the-spot reimbursement of small medical bills (subject to the claim being approved). You can arrange this through an office of ISIS . A full list of their worldwide offices is shown at the back of your Insurance Certificate (page 32).
   
   Otherwise, postal claims (medical and baggage) can be made through Endsleigh Claims Service, PO Box 432, Cheltenham Spa, Gloucestershire, GL50 3YD. (Tel: 0870 241 3070, Fax: 01242 866 957). Specific instructions are shown on pages 7 and 8 of your Certificate of Insurance. Please read this carefully to ensure that you have all of the required information.
