BUNAQ&A - Seasonal Job on a CV

Here at BUNAC we strive to give the best possible advice to all of our fellow BUNACers out there. With our BUNAQ&A posts, you can find the answers to many of our most popular questions.

Q: How will a seasonal job abroad look on my CV?

A: Great question! Seasonal work abroad looks great on a CV because it shows you have transferrable skills and have the drive for success. Being able to live, work and meet new people in a different place and so far away from home also shows employers that you’re independent, personable and have the ability to deal with problems on your own.

Many employers also like to see that people are well travelled on their CV, so a trip across the pond for a while will never damage your CV as you'll make great connections and learn a lot about yourself along the way.
